This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version (Términos y Condiciones) prevails.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Forma Stats is a service of Mateo González Esquivel, with address at Del Río 20, Int. B301, Col. San Mateo Nopala, C.P. 53220, Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México, México. By using the app or website you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use them.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age where you live.

3. What Forma Stats is and isn't

• It is an NFL statistics and historical information tool for your own analysis.
• It is not a sportsbook: we don't accept bets, don't handle betting money and aren't affiliated with any sportsbook.
• Statistics, trends, rankings and “recommendations” describe what happened in past games. They are not betting or investment advice and do not guarantee future results.
• You decide how to use the information and are responsible for your decisions, including complying with the gambling laws where you live.

4. Responsible gambling

If you choose to bet, do it responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. If you feel you're losing control, get help:

• United States: 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), the national problem gambling helpline (24/7).
• Mexico: Línea de la Vida, 800 911 2000 (free, 24/7; addiction and mental health support).

5. Your account

• Use accurate information; each account is personal.
• Keep your account secure and tell us if you notice unauthorized use.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Forma Stats for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the app's data or content.
• Use bots or automated means to access the service.
• Try to breach security, access other users' data or reverse engineer the app.
• Impersonate others or use the app for illegal activities.

7. Data, content and trademarks

• Statistics come from third-party sources (credited in the app) and our own calculations. They may contain errors or delays; we don't guarantee they are always accurate or complete.
• The app, its design, code, and the Forma Stats name and logo belong to their owner.
• NFL and the names, logos and trademarks of teams and players belong to their respective owners. Forma Stats is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the NFL, its teams or players; names are used only to identify whom each statistic refers to.

8. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid in-app subscription. When available:

• The price and period are shown before you pay, and payment is processed by the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple or Google account settings.
• Charges and refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in the store.
• If we change prices, we will notify you in advance.

Nothing above limits your consumer rights.

9. Availability and changes

We provide the service “as is” and “as available.” We may update, change or suspend features; we will try to let you know about important changes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from decisions made based on the app's information, including bets, or for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. This does not affect any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

12. Changes to these Terms

We will post any changes on this page with the date. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México, unless consumer protection law entitles you to another venue.
